By buying the ticket, all visitors confirm that they have sufficient physical abilities, skills and health to use the services offered. Responsibility for children’s skills and health rests with the persons who accompany them.
Thank you!

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Due to the physical properties of the amusement ride/pool, the number of users and their physical characteristics and behaviour, the water centre and especially its amusement rides with descending elements and pools that are deeper than usual, are an area with an increased risk, where it is not possible to completely eliminate the possibility of occurrence of incidents resulting in damage to health.
  • Safety begins with the customer’s responsible behaviour, familiarisation with these rules and familiarisation with the information and restrictions located by each amusement ride/swimming pool.
  • Please be especially attentive when diving (risk of jumping on others, risk of not getting out of deep water). DIVING IS PERMITTED ONLY FROM PLACES/PLATFORMS PROVIDED FOR THIS PURPOSE.
  • Tervise Paradiis is not responsible for damage, losses, injuries, etc., caused by the visitor’s negligence, lack of attention, carelessness, overestimation of their abilities, health problems or disregard of these rules, or disregard of instructions given by staff.
  • In order to increase safety and monitor compliance with safety rules, the water centre has on-duty instructors, however, the primary responsibility for use of the water centre and for damage to health or property that may occur as a result, rests with the user (in case of children – with the adult person who accompanies them). The water centre does not guarantee the presence of staff who have water rescue competence and profession.

  • Forgotten and lost items that are found and brought to the staff are stored for two (2) months, after that the items are disposed of.
  • In case of problems, please talk to the staff.
  • In case of violation of the rules of the water centre, the staff of the water centre has the right to make a remark to the visitor and/or terminate the stay of a person who is dangerous to others and themselves and who disturbs other visitors in the water centre and to cancel the validity of the ticket without compensation.
